Register to Vote
You may register to vote in Transylvania County if you are:
- A citizen of the United States
- 17 years of age and will be 18 by the date of the next general election
- 18 years of age or older
- A legal resident of Transylvania County for at least 30 days before the date of the next election
- Rescinding any previous registration in another county or state
