The 2nd primary is for the Republican Lt. Governor and Republican State Auditor candidate races.
Can I vote in the 2nd primary?
The following registered voters may vote in the May 14, 2024 2nd primary.
- All registered Republicans
- Unaffiliated voters who chose a Republican ballot in the March primary
- Unaffiliated voters who did not vote in the March primary
Can I change my party or register to vote during the 2nd primary?
Any voter registrations or party changes that are received by the Board of Elections will be held until after the 2nd primary. Once Canvass is completed, any new registrations or party changes will be updated in the system and the voter will receive notification.
